Mr Craig Oliver, Solicitor, personal injury lawyer based at Symes Robinson and Lee in Exeter.
 
Craig was born in Carlisle, Cumbria; but moved to London where he was educated at St Paul's School, and then subsequently qualified as a Solicitor, obtaining his degree from Kingston University. He moved down to the Westcountry in 1997, obtaining a Masters in Business Administration degree from Exeter University, before returning to the legal profession to specialise in personal injury and clinical negligence work.

  Chris Thorne
Chris Thorne, Partner with Foot Anstey based in Exeter.  Throughout his career, Chris has practised in the field of Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence law, representing the interests of the victims of medical accidents, road traffic accidents and accidents at work, including those suffering injuries of the utmost severity, however caused. He is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and an Accredited Association of Personal Injury Lawyers Litigator.

Chris has unique experience in the field of cryogenics and andrology in relation to IVF treatment as the solicitor representing the three groups of claimants in the Southmead, Sheffield and Edinburgh sperm destruction actions. He also has particular interest in hospital acquired infection claims and claims arising from brain injuries suffered in accidents.

Chris was born and brought up in Dorset. He graduated from Reading University before attending the College of Law in Guildford, qualifying as a Solicitor in 1985 and becoming an equity partner in 1989.

Chris is married with 4 children. He is a trustee of a charity, the Verwood Museum Trust, which operates the East Dorset Heathland Heritage Centre.

Lorraine Burns, Solicitor
 
Nicholas Talbot, Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon at the Princess Elizabeth Orthopaedic Centre, Exeter.  After studying at Oxford University Medical School he gained his basic and higher surgical training in the South West of England. He then undertook further fellowship specialist training in internationally renowned knee, foot and ankle units and a trauma fellowship in Seattle. He is an APIL approved expert witness and currently prepares over 400 personal injury reports a year on all areas of orthopaedic musculo-skeletal injury for local Claimant and Defendant solicitiors.
